Photo (above) taken while the house was being built
by Don Green founder of Tridon Ltd., I believe.

The home above was built by Ron Joyce founder of Tim Horton's.

Photo taken when this home belonged to the Cook's of Cook Concrete.

  1. The fifth photo above these comments is 364 Northshore Blvd. E. on the banks of Falcon Creek which runs north on the east side of Falcon Blvd. and under Plains Rd. at Tim Hortons. When it was being built rumours circulated about a 15 million dollar price tag. It is reputed to have a turntable garage floor so the car can be turned around to face out. I'm not sure if it was this residence or 60 Oakland Park Ct. (the fourth photo above these comments) that boasted all steel stud construction. Probably both of them. I also have a dim recollection that 364 Northshore might have been built by Don Green (founder of Tridon Ltd.) when he vacated 684 (aprox.) Northshore Blvd E.

The third photo above these comments was the home of the Cook family, owners of Cook Concrete.
